Ingredients:

3½ POUNDS LARGE SHRIMP WITH SHELLS ON
JUICE OF 1 LIME
3 HATCH PEPPERS OR ANAHEIM PEPPERS
1 LARGE POBLANO PEPPER
3 jalapeno PEPPERS
1½ POUNDS TOMATILLOS PEELED, WASHED
1/2 SECTION WHITE ONION
3 GARLIC CLOVES
Onion garlic and cumin powder
2 tablespoons chicken base
1½ TEASPOON MEXICAN OREGANO
4 small of cans MAIZ POZOLERO ( HOMINY)
Fresh Garnishes
3 CUPS SHREDDED CABBAGE (RED OR GREEN)
1/2 CUP WHITE ONION FINELY DICED
CRUSHED CHILE PIQUIN OR RED PEPPER FLAKES
CHOPPED CILANTRO
LIME WEDGES
