Another chilly day so I decide to make beef soup (caldo de res) There many different ways I have made this soup.

Ingredients:

you can use one to two pounds of boneless beef chuck or you can use beef stew meat and beef short ribs whatever you decide to use your business.. fresh corn on the cob from the produce department, fresh garlic onion& garlic, and potatoes you can use whatever potatoes you want. Also, Zucchini,cabbage, carrots and celery beef base, 1 can of stewed tomatoes, 2 can Garbanzos. You can leave out the beans if you like my family loves these beans and usr this season that buy at Vitamin Cottage call “Mexican seasoning”.
To garnish it I use cilantro lime, sliced jalapenos or chili pequin.
