This is my moms recipe that I tweaked a little by adding more veggies.

Ingredients:

3 pounds ground beef
Small head of green cabbage
3 Roma tomato’s chopped
1 small yellow onion chopped
1 bunch of mint chopped
4 eggs
2 cups of half way boiled rice
6 potatoes peeled cut in half
4 ears of corns peeled and cut in half
1 yellow zucchini chopped in chunks
1 green zucchini chopped in chunks
5 carrots chopped in chunks

Seasonings:

Chicken bouillon
Cumin
Salt and pepper
Adobo seasoning
Paprika
Granulated garlic
3 bay leaves
