Ingredients

  • 2 envelopes dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 3 1/2 to 4 cups unbleached all purpose flour, or as needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon teaspoon salt
  • 9 tablespoons unsalted butter, room temperature and cut into small pieces, plus more for the bowl
  • 3 large eggs
  • 3 large egg yolks
  • 7 oz condensed milk
  • 3 tsp vanilla extract
  • Candied fruits of your choice
Topping
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
Mix butter with the sugar until creamy add your flour and vanilla and mix until you have a paste.
