Ingredients:

2 Cups All Purpose Flour (280g)
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder (5g)
1 Tablespoon Vanilla Extract (15ml)
1 Tablespoon Melted Butter (15ml)
2 Eggs
Warm Water
2 Cups Corn or Vegetable Oil
¼ Cup Sugar (48g)
2 Teaspoons Cinnamon Powder (6g)

Direction :

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Make a fountain at the center of the dry ingredients and add to it the vanilla, butter, and eggs. Stir together until moist. Gradually add a little warm water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until a soft and elastic dough forms. Cover dough and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
