Ingredients:

4 lbs pork shanks
2lbs of pork stew,
6 pork chops
20 dried guajillo pepper
bay leafs
hominy (can be any brand)

Directions :

1. In a large stew pot place your meats to boil in (high heat) with salt for about 1 1/2hr or until soft. (Meat quantity can vary depending on how many people your cooking for).
2. Open can of hominy (can be any brand) drain and rinse in cold water. Let it drain until you add ingredients to pot with meat.
