Ingredients:

Recipe for ~10 tacos
Birria de Res/ Beef Ingredients
6- Cups of Water
2lb-Pounds of Chuck Roast
1-Large Onion cubed
1-Whole Garlic
5-Medium Bay Leaves
5-Guajillo Chiles or California/ New Mexico
5- Tablespoons Beef Boullion
1-Tablespoon Salt
Cook on low in crock pot for 3hr; skim all the veggies off the top and blend; pour back in with the meat; cook on low another 3hr.
*** to build the tacos on crisp tortilla (I used homemade flour): dip cooked tortilla in the the consommΓ© (broth), then roll in oil on both sides (Tiny amount); then place into warm skillet. Add melting cheese (mozzarella or other), then chopped meat, more cheese. When crispy but still pliable, fold over***
