3 lb chicken legs/wings
Green bell pepper
1. Season chicken liberally to your taste and refrigerate 1 to 2 hours up to overnight.
2. Preheat oven to 400°
3. Spread chopped vegetables on bottom of baking dish, place chicken on top then pour 1/3 c. broth in bottom of dish
4. Bake uncovered for a total of 45-50 minutes. At 20 minute intervals baste chicken with drippings in bottom of the pan.
